CIRI Weighs in on Television Investigation of 90-Day Disinfectant Claims

The demand for increased cleaning and disinfection in schools and public building has resulted in a rise in service providers and products making claims not supported by the EPA. This was the case in Dallas where a local school district paid out more than $1 million to a company who promised the product and service they provided would keep surfaces disinfected for more than 90 days. CIRI’s Executive Director, John Downey, talks through the science of disinfection in this exclusive report:
